Field Service Technician – Salzwedel, Stendal, Wittenberge region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Providing service-oriented consultation for our clients and heating company personnel both via phone and on-site to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area of your deployment.

• Assuming on-call responsibilities with the aim of supporting our customers as promptly as possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as Anlagenmechaniker SHK (HVAC/plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air-conditioning systems), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer – preferably with further qualifications as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation.

• Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage.

• Valid driving license (Class B).

• Strong command of the German language, both spoken and written.
