
Field Service Technician – POS, E‑Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of IT systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and e‑Health solutions at pharmacies, medical practices, and retail locations.
• Carry out service calls in accordance with established procedures and checklists.
• Record work using digital checklists on a company-issued tablet.
• Support with fault analysis and troubleshooting both on-site and through remote assistance.
• Integrate hardware and software components into existing IT environments as per specifications.
• Completed technical training or equivalent qualification; career changers with strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Initial hands-on experience in supporting POS systems (cash registers), medical IT systems, or similar devices is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware, and network technology.
• Customer-oriented, self-sufficient, and willing to travel within the regional service area (approximately a 150 km radius from your residence).
• Valid driving license (Class B).
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level).
• Friendly attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
