This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Carry out commissioning and maintenance tasks for our heat pumps at the sites of end customers and plant operators.
• Offer customer-focused advice to heating companies, both via phone and on-site, to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Assist colleagues in the field service over a wide area within your designated deployment zone.
• Engage in on-call duty to ensure prompt assistance to our customers.
• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline such as heating/plumbing and HVAC installation (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician specializing in refrigeration technology, or electrician focused on energy and building technology; further qualifications as a master craftsman or technician are preferred.
• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation technology.
• Holder of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; possessing Category 2 is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license of class B.
• Proficient in the German language, both written and spoken.
