Field Service Technician – Ludwigsfelde, Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Burg region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the commissioning and upkeep of our heat pumps at customer sites and plant operators.

• Provide service-oriented consultation to our clients, including heating contractors, both via phone and on-site to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assist your colleagues in the technical field service throughout the broader region of your assignment.

• Engage in on-call duty to address customer needs as swiftly as possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; additional qualifications as a master craftsman or technician are an advantage.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Possession of a valid refrigeration certification (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid driving license class B.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.
