This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Install, perform service, maintenance, upgrades, and Field Corrective Actions on electromechanical medical devices.
• Establish and maintain communication and collaborative relationships with clients, team members, and all business contacts.
• Ensure compliance with service instructions and applicable quality requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all company regulations and operational-organizational requirements.
• Report all necessary information to the service system and applicable datasheets at the time of service.
• Provide telephone support to clients (where applicable).
• Deliver technical training to clients (where applicable).
• Support Customer Demos (where applicable).
• Manage and maintain the assigned car stock, spare parts, and assets (measuring and testing instruments, various tools) according to requirements and instructions.
• Technical diploma.
• At least 3 years of field technical assistance experience with clients.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a service engineer on electromechanical medical equipment.
• Knowledge of electronics, electromechanics, and mechanics principles.
• Good command of written English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions in English (service manuals).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Effective client interfacing abilities.
• Proficient presentation skills.
• Good organizational skills in managing one's work environment.
• Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
