Field Service Technician, Kempten region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Carry out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and plant operators.

• Offer service-oriented technical support to heating contractors' customers, both via phone and onsite, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist your colleagues in the technical field service throughout a wide area surrounding your designated region.

• Assume on-call responsibilities to provide swift assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed specialized vocational training such as sanitary/heating systems mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer; additional qualifications as Meister (master craftsman) or technician are advantageous.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC.

• Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid driving license of class B.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.
