Field Service Technician – Karlsruhe Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Delivering service-oriented guidance to our clients and heating contractors, both over the phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in the technical field service throughout the broader area of your operating region.

• Engaging in on-call duty to provide prompt responses to customer inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline, such as heating/plumbing technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; preferably with additional qualifications as a master craftsman or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) technology.

• Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); having a Category 2 refrigeration certificate is advantageous.

• Valid driving license of class B (car).

• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
