Field Service Technician (Germany-wide)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the maintenance and servicing of water treatment systems within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Document work performed on-site, including inspection reports and certificates.

• Replace seals, process membranes, and O-rings, while assisting with the recommissioning of systems following maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational or technical training (mechanic, technician, metalworker, plumber/installer).

• Strong manual dexterity and experience with sanitary installations, including flanges, clamps, fittings, membrane valves, and valve technology.

• Experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is preferred.

• Proficient in the German language, both written and spoken.

• A confident demeanor with a passion for customer service and a strong service-oriented mindset.

• High flexibility and readiness to travel nationwide on a full-time basis.
