Field Service Technician – Freiburg, Black Forest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining our heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies, both via phone and in-person, to ensure satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in the technical field service across a broader area beyond your regular territory.

• Participating in on-call duties to support our customers as swiftly as possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a related field, such as HVAC/plumbing installer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer; ideally with additional certification as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician.

• Professional experience in field service or customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation).

• Holding a refrigerant handling certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid driver's license (Class B).

• Proficient written and spoken German language skills.
