Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Carry out the installation, integration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of Trio Mobil devices and systems at customer locations.

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for industrial IoT and safety solutions.

• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in the field.

• Assist in hardware and system commissioning procedures for customer deployments.

• Perform field measurements, device testing, and system verification activities.

• Work closely with technical support, engineering, and project teams.

• Generate service reports and maintain technical documentation.

• Provide top-notch technical support and foster strong customer relationships during onsite operations.

• Travel frequently within Germany and occasionally to other parts of Europe as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification from a Technical Vocational School or an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.

• Proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.

• Practical experience in field service, installation, maintenance, or technical support roles.

• Background in vehicle electronics, industrial machinery, automation systems, telematics, IoT devices, or industrial safety systems is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to operate independently in field settings.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic operational situations.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Valid driver’s license with active driving experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
