Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Set up and initiate industrial packaging machinery and tools at client sites.

• Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs as well as preventive maintenance.

• Diagnose technical problems and apply effective resolutions.

• Deliver on-site training and assistance to clients for optimal machine performance.

• Work in conjunction with the back office and technical service team for planning, parts management, and technical documentation.

• Occasionally travel to customer locations in Spain and Italy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational training in a technical discipline (mechanical or electrical preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in a related field service or technical support position.

• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical expertise is advantageous.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus.

• Readiness to travel and work autonomously.

• Comfortable with MS Office and basic digital tools.
