Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers and deliver the services offered by Entrust.

• Conduct preventative and emergency maintenance on equipment.

• Diagnose and identify equipment issues.

• Work independently to resolve problems.

• Utilize Oracle or a comparable ERP platform for inventory management and customer support.

• Travel to customer locations for service delivery.

• Engage with customer operations personnel and maintain customer relationships.

• Participate in personal development and quality improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent verifiable training.

• At least 2 years of experience as an electromechanical technician.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Proficient with PCs, current operating systems, and relevant software applications.

• Willingness and capability to work flexible hours/shifts, undertake assignments, and travel as needed, including temporary short-term assignments at different locations.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
