Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Organizes and prioritizes service calls in line with customer service level agreements to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Reaches out to customers to inform them of estimated arrival times.

• Advocates for exceptional service quality and ensures that calls are completed satisfactorily.

• Escalates service requests when necessary to achieve resolution.

• Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring effective communication and presenting a professional demeanor and appearance.

• Conducts basic installation tasks (e.g., pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks).

• Executes technical repairs such as clearing jams in paper, cards, and bills.

• Assists service technicians by conducting preventive maintenance inspections.

• Cultivates an understanding of operational standards, practices, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Firstline Field Service.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
