Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Execute scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance (PM), repair services, and system diagnostics on-site.

• Carry out the installation, removal, upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer locations, including during periods when venues are not open to the public.

• Analyze and resolve issues, including intricate system faults, and perform necessary repair work.

• Address service calls promptly and authoritatively to fulfill customer expectations and SLA obligations.

• Collaborate effectively with venue personnel and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Accurately gather and report all activities using Aristocrat’s field service management tools.

• Ensure real-time data entry and maintain 100% accuracy of service records, tasks, and inventory.

• Document all part usage and ensure returns are processed in accordance with ATA's SLA and compliance standards.

• Assist with internal service reporting and respond to departmental inquiries as necessary.

• Ensure comprehension of and alignment with Company and venue WHS policies, procedures, and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a technical field service role within the gaming industry or in electronics/mechanical repair.

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, maintenance scheduling, or service coordination.

• Prior exposure to WHS systems, compliance environments, or regulated industries.

• Valid Australian driver’s licence.

• Capability to obtain and retain relevant state/territory gaming licences (support is provided by Aristocrat).

• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently at multiple customer locations.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time, tasks, and service schedules effectively.

• Proficient in utilizing mobile devices and field service applications for reporting purposes.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
