This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the logistics and replenishment of orthopedic bracing products at designated accounts.
• Manage inventory levels, including transfers and reconciliations.
• Identify and process expired, damaged, or unsellable items.
• Offer support in inventory management, encompassing product orders and returns.
• Keep customers informed about order updates and estimated delivery timelines.
• Assist in order fulfillment and guarantee that account documentation is thorough and precise.
• Maintain product displays, storage areas, and inventory locations according to Breg standards.
• Provide on-site assistance during product recalls, audits, and field communication initiatives.
• Conduct accurate and timely inventory counts.
• Prepare, compile, and submit insurance billing documentation.
• Review pending claims, gather missing information, and address documentation deficiencies.
• Utilize PowerBI, Breg Vision, and Breg Claims System to enhance operations and billing results.
• Adhere to Breg policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), HIPAA, FDA regulations, and relevant healthcare laws.
• Collaborate with the Solution Team, Sales, and Field Operations to resolve account-related issues.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and accounts.
• Analyze data trends to pinpoint process or performance enhancements.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions.
• Foster Breg’s culture through storytelling, focused feedback, and recognition.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• An Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, inventory, supply chain, or a similar service-oriented position is required.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including web browsing, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Capability to learn new software and systems.
• A passion for innovation and commitment to Breg’s mission.
• Flexibility in start/end times outside of standard business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) may be necessary.
• Availability for on-call hours, which may include nights and weekends.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 80%; limited out-of-state travel of 5%.
• Must currently possess authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
