Field Service Engineer – Southeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the installation, servicing, and monitoring of the equipment fleet: order spare parts for interventions, initiate service requests and work orders for interventions, execute instrument updates, deliver practical training during the installation phase (Hematology), and coordinate deployments at installation locations.

• Facilitate communication with customers.

• Perform administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the diagnostics field.

• Proficiency in electronics, mechanics, and robotics.

• Strong customer-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in English is required.
