📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain all models specific to a designated modality within the assigned region

• Conduct comprehensive system-level troubleshooting for intricate multi-symptom issues

• Effectively communicate with end-users and departmental managers regarding the status of equipment

• Support Account Sales visits

• Manage cost control for Warranty and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) contracts

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Technician/Engineer or equivalent professional experience in the medical device sector

• Relevant experience in Field Service

• Strong technical analytical skills

• Proficiency in English

• Valid driver's license and active driving experience
