Field Service Engineer – Life Science Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our genetic analysis systems and instruments in customers' laboratories.

• This role primarily involves supporting our clients located in the Rhine-Main / Heidelberg region.

• You will provide assistance to customers both on-site and remotely through telephone support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and user training.

• Timely and detailed reports of your activities, including service, installation, and expense reports, will need to be prepared.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed technical or scientific vocational training, preferably in electrical or medical engineering, or an equivalent qualification is required.

• A certification as a technician or engineer is advantageous.

• Experience in a relevant service role involving life-science or medical devices is highly desirable.

• You should demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, possessing excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in using digital tools, service software, mobile applications, and modern technologies is essential.
