This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Deliver on-site assessments, maintenance, and repair solutions for Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices, along with additional products.
• Collaborate with key customer representatives regarding equipment-related matters.
• Ensure primary customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with customers to guarantee issue resolution and appropriate follow-up.
• Stay updated on administrative duties such as managing customer service reports and internal service documentation.
• Recognize sales opportunities and relay this information to the sales department.
• Function as a team member to provide effective and economical service delivery.
• Complete all administrative responsibilities punctually.
• Train and support fellow Field Engineers in advanced and intricate troubleshooting techniques.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering field (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, etc.) is preferred.
• An Associate’s degree, technical/vocational training, military experience with electronics, or relevant industry experience is acceptable.
• A solid understanding of service operations.
• Strong external customer-facing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with medical equipment such as Linear accelerators, MRI, CT, or similar modalities is advantageous.
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
