This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Deliver technical assistance on laboratory equipment, which includes installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, and validation.
• Actively manage customer relationships with a focus on effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the seamless execution of the technical service portfolio for the designated customer base.
• Provide cross-training to team members in specific areas of expertise.
• Offer effective after-sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Address technical inquiries and resolve issues.
• Generate leads for sales and service revenue in the field.
• Investigate malfunctions and develop solutions.
• Establish personal objectives in collaboration with the Department Manager.
• At least ONC or HNC level or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent qualifications.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in repairing industrial electronic equipment.
• Accredited calibration experience is highly preferred.
• Strong background in a field service or technical support role within a high-value electrical capital equipment setting.
• Experience in the electrical and electronic sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical, and laboratory equipment.
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing abilities.
• Willingness to travel to various client locations.
• Proficient technical writing skills.
• Knowledge in electronic measurement, science, and statistics.
• IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and SAP C4C.
• Possession of a full clean driving license.
