Field Service Engineer – LC LCMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Provide advanced on-site assistance, including the installation, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and repair of GC and GC-MS systems.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate system, method, hardware, and software issues.

• Serve as a technical expert for clients, offering guidance on best practices, preventive maintenance, and system configurations.

• Proactively identify potential risks and performance limitations before they affect customer operations.

• Implement integrated system solutions that encompass hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.

• Act as an internal escalation point for complex technical cases.

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure full compliance with Agilent's quality and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.

• Strong hands-on experience with GC and GC-MS chromatography.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in laboratory settings.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and confidence.

• Proficiency in Swedish and English.

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
