Field Service Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation, qualification, maintenance, and servicing of Repligen products.

• This is a hands-on, field-based position covering Europe, requiring travel for installations, qualifications, training, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

• Provide customer training on system operation, software, and accessories.

• Record service activities, resolutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms.

• Work with global Field Service Engineer (FSE) teams and the Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service efforts.

• Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory standards during service operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment.

• Preferred experience working in Cleanrooms.

• Strong analytical skills along with mechanical and electronic aptitude.

• GMP or GLP experience is preferred.

• Capability to draft and implement SOPs and technical documentation.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
