Field Service Engineer – High Voltage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Performing installations, commissioning, maintenance, and service operations on high-voltage equipment (e.g., GIS, AIS, circuit breakers, transformers).

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults while conducting technical diagnostics on-site.

• Implementing retrofit, upgrade, and modernization projects.

• Ensuring adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality standards.

• Compiling technical reports and maintaining transparent documentation of service activities.

• Collaborating closely with our teams and offering knowledgeable support and advice to our customers.

• Training customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical qualification in electrical engineering, power engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in high-voltage technology, preferably in a field service setting.

• Familiarity with high-voltage products (e.g., GIS, AIS, transformers, or other HV components) is desirable.

• Strong willingness to travel nationally and/or internationally based on site specialization.

• Independent and structured working approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-oriented attitude and exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in German and English (minimum B2 level).
