Field Service Engineer – Großraum Rhein-Main

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Scheduled maintenance and repair of medical devices in the field of diagnostic imaging (mammography/CT/molecular imaging) according to technical documentation and/or modification instructions.

• Independent diagnosis and resolution of technical issues at customer locations, as well as problem-solving through remote diagnostics as a Regional Online Engineer.

• Autonomous installation and deinstallation of medical systems or optional components in collaboration with project management.

• Timely completion of all administrative tasks (especially daily service reports, weekly work sheets, maintenance logs, and other required documentation).

• Regular participation in training for technical innovations, including international sessions.

• Maintenance of tools/instruments and testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the fields of electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, and/or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in electronics (qualified electrical technician), ideally in the repair, installation, and maintenance of medical systems.

• Strong technical/analytical and problem-solving skills, along with commercial understanding.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel regularly and possession of a valid driving license.

• Very good German and good English language skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and PC applications.
