
Field Service Engineer – Flow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Plan and oversee the execution of field installations of company products for customers.
• Offer technical support and training to customers regarding the installation, operation, troubleshooting, part identification, and repair of Flow equipment at the customer’s site and through E-mail, phone calls, fax, etc.
• Create precise and comprehensive technical reports.
• Assist in the upkeep of relevant technical documentation.
• Work additional hours as required, including weekends, in accordance with company policy.
• Aid customer service by identifying parts needed by customers.
• Build and sustain a positive relationship with our distributors and customers while acting as a liaison between the customer and Flow.
• Regularly visit customer sites to assess product performance and evaluate maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments regarding design issues and trend failures; may propose changes and enhancements to products.
• Recommend and compile a list of consumables and spare parts for customers to maintain company products and foster Aftermarket business.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• At least 3 to 5 years of recent service-related experience with Robotics, Motion Control Systems, CNC machine tools, or other relevant capital equipment.
• Proficient in CNC programming.
• Language proficiency: English and Native Language.
