📋 Description

• Execute installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Cytiva’s lab-scale and bioprocessing equipment.

• Assist in implementing digital and automation solutions.

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive service documentation is maintained.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and technical experts to provide outstanding service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of field service experience, or a recent graduate in biomedical engineering, automation engineering, technical disciplines, or computer science.

• Strong practical technical abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Proficient in computer systems and networking.

• Willingness to learn and support a diverse range of products.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.

• Customer-oriented with a passion for the life sciences sector.

• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
