This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and direct customers in the implementation of field installations of the company’s products.
• Offer technical support and training to customers regarding the installation, operation, troubleshooting, part identification, and repair of Flow equipment, both on-site and through E-mail, telephone, fax, etc.
• Generate precise and comprehensive technical reports.
• Aid in the upkeep of relevant technical documentation.
• Work overtime as required, which may occasionally include weekends according to company policy.
• Assist customer service by identifying parts needed by customers.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with our distributors and customers, acting as a liaison between them and Flow.
• Regularly visit customer sites to assess product performance and evaluate customer maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to address design issues and trend failures; may propose changes and enhancements to products.
• Recommend and compile a list of consumables and spare parts for customers to ensure the proper maintenance of company products and to stimulate Aftermarket business.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• At least 3 to 5 years of recent experience in service roles related to Robotics, Motion Control Systems, CNC machine tools, or other pertinent capital equipment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming.
• In-depth knowledge of the company's products.
• Required strong mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic skills.
• General diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capability to make independent judgments to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with Windows, Word, Excel, and CAM software.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally navigate and resolve high-pressure situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A positive attitude, initiative, and reliability.
• Proven ability for innovative and creative thinking.
• Good organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Quick to learn about company products and parts.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations, which may involve international travel.
