Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Conducting visits to customers and offering on-site technical advice and support.

• Establishing and nurturing robust customer relationships.

• Organizing and arranging service assignments both nationally and internationally.

• Evaluating workload needs and overseeing service operations.

• Executing service tasks, which include inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.

• Handling warranty claims, encompassing fault analysis and corrective measures.

• Designing and delivering on-site training sessions.

• Compiling reports for both internal and external use.

• Ensuring adherence to company safety policies and occupational health standards.

• Upholding order and cleanliness within the workplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or education as an Industrial Mechanic or a related technical qualification.

• Knowledge of electrical systems and basic PLC principles or certification.

• Relevant professional experience as a Service Technician.

• Proficient command of English.

• Professional demeanor accompanied by strong negotiation abilities.
