Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with the installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of medical technology devices at client locations.

• You will cultivate customer relationships, pinpoint sales opportunities, and relay them to the designated Sales Manager.

• You will ensure minimal machine downtime in your territory by providing prompt and dependable fault diagnosis.

• You will conduct maintenance on Haemonetics devices at hospitals, blood donation facilities, and plasma centers.

• You will represent our company to customers in the most professional manner possible.

• By collaborating closely with Sales and Application teams, you will consistently ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successful completion of a state-certified technician qualification in Medical Technology, or equivalent professional experience as a technician.

• Experience in medical technology or electronics; prior field service experience is preferred.

• A strong willingness to travel, particularly within the German states of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Switzerland.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.

• A flexible and independent working style, coupled with high self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• A valid driver's license.

• Competent PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
