This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for maintaining all models related to a specific modality in the designated area.
• Conducts total system-level troubleshooting for intricate multi-symptom issues.
• Engages daily with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status matters.
• Ensures customer satisfaction for primary clients.
• Assists in training others when necessary; recognizes sales opportunities and communicates them to the account team.
• Aids in the growth and strategic direction of the business within their geographic area.
• Manages warranty and PMS contract cost control.
• Completes all administrative tasks punctually.
• Guarantees the timely completion of FMIs and PMS inspection documentation for assigned accounts.
• Takes a leading role in complex and multifunctional rooms.
• Shares industry best practices.
• Maintains effective quality systems and programs that comply with ISO 9001 standards.
• Exhibits strong customer service skills.
• Consistently adopts a positive approach towards customers.
• Completes all QA/EHS training on time.
• Identifies and promptly reports any quality or compliance concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
• Possesses technical analytical skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of Field Services experience is required.
• Holds comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multiple modalities.
• Having competency in at least one modality is advantageous (MRI, CT, PET/CT, Nuclear, X-ray, and Angiography).
• Proficient in English.
• Upholds high work standards and quality.
• Effectively plans and organizes work tasks.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and abroad for training and business purposes.
