This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Accountable for addressing the daily service repair requirements of customer equipment while enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Oversees the maintenance of all models relevant to a specific modality within the designated area.
• Engages daily with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers regarding the status of equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Takes initiatives to ensure primary customers are satisfied.
• Supports Account Sales visits, assists in training others as needed, identifies sales opportunities, and communicates them to the account team.
• Manages cost control for Warranty, Installation, and Planned Maintenance Service (PMS) contracts.
• Ensures the timely completion of Field Modifications (FMIs) and Planned Maintenance Service (PMS) inspection documentation for assigned accounts.
• Plays a pivotal role in complex, multi-functional room setups.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of field service experience in the healthcare sector or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in MR and/or other Diagnostic Imaging modalities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of innovative thinking.
• High sense of accountability and ownership regarding customer issues and responsibilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills; adept at handling customer interactions with tact and effectiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to be based in various locations across Indonesia (Jakarta or Kalimantan).
