This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee the maintenance of diagnostic imaging (DI) systems in the Czech Republic, with a primary emphasis on magnetic resonance systems.
• Execute system-level troubleshooting for complex, multi-faceted issues.
• Engage daily with medical professionals and technicians regarding the status of equipment.
• Support the sales team during client visits, offering technical insights and identifying sales opportunities.
• Play a role in shaping the development and direction of the business in the Czechia region.
• Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks, including documentation for FMIs and PMS inspections.
• Assist with complex installations in multifunctional rooms.
• Share best practices and uphold compliance with ISO 9001 and GE Service Quality standards.
• Guarantee service quality throughout the Czech team and assist in identifying training needs for colleagues.
• Diploma in Electronics, Electromechanics, Biomedical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, and radio engineering.
• Proficient technical skills with a methodical and detailed approach to problem-solving.
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Fluent in Czech and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Czech Republic.
• Preferred: Familiarity with magnetic field physics, X-ray, and ultrasound technologies.
