This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Managing customer assignments both on-site and remotely.
• Implementing Windows-based networks that include clients and servers.
• Documenting finalized projects and transferring them to the support team.
• Diagnosing and assessing technical issues and faults.
• Assisting the support team through on-site deployments.
• Installing and setting up software and hardware.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction via professional communication.
• Independently creating effective solution strategies.
• Collaborating closely and maintaining ongoing communication with the team.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in IT or a similar qualification.
• Relevant practical experience.
• Valid driver's license class B.
• Enjoys engaging with customers and direct interaction with individuals.
• Passion for solving IT-related problems.
• Willingness to accept responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam, M365.
