📋 Description

• Accountable for delivering technical assistance in the Berlin / Potsdam area

• Conduct maintenance tasks, repairs, and system setups

• Evaluate and resolve intricate technical challenges

• Provide IT expertise for installation and internal projects

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a technical institution or university in media technology, mechatronics, precision mechanics, electrical engineering, medical technology, or a similar discipline

• Several years of hands-on experience in a similar field service role

• Strong commitment to customer service

• Knowledge of IT topics, networking, and server management

• Proficient in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, EDP interfaces, and measurement technology

• Good command of English and business-fluent German
