Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert field service assistance for Molecular Devices products.

• Conduct installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.

• Evaluate and resolve client issues effectively.

• Offer prompt, high-quality on-site troubleshooting and maintenance services.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in a comparable position.

• Proficient in mechanical, electronics, and electrical systems.

• Familiarity with assembly-level fault detection and testing procedures.

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.

• Capable of working independently and taking responsibility for resolving issues.
