Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and diagnose issues with Biotage instruments and systems.

• Provide user training and execute preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance.

• Deliver timely and effective technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Take initiative in service activities and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Assist in the growth of service contract coverage by advocating for value-added services.

• Represent Biotage with professionalism, promoting our products and instruments.

• Work collaboratively with regional teams to ensure service excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering.

• Experience in the service industry.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Readiness to travel extensively within the designated region.
