This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction while executing installation, support, and continuous technical service in the field for various types of slot machines and associated products.
• Responsible for installing, converting, resolving issues, repairing, and/or de-installing essential Gaming Machines, Signs, and gaming controllers as necessary.
• Oversee the coordination of all installation and visitation schedules in collaboration with the Department Head.
• Plan, schedule, and execute service activities assigned to the designated geographic territory.
• Provide direct customer support for training, advice on parts purchasing, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist customers by phone or in person with technical challenges and report trends, needs, and service issues to keep management informed.
• Act as a liaison with customer representatives and management concerning product performance, service or installation scheduling, training, and operational matters.
• Lead service activities and cases to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Perform any other reasonable duties that may arise on an ad hoc basis as requested by management.
• Ensure a clean and organized workplace at customer sites and provide monthly reports on field issues and installations.
• Monitor system-related issues on platforms such as One Link and Vertex Bingo to ensure appropriate actions are taken to address customer problems.
• Preferred qualifications in electronics.
• Prior industry-related experience is desirable.
• Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Successful completion of professional training courses or industry certifications, if applicable.
• Proficient understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong customer service abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Electronics is required.
• Familiarity with networking technologies and their resolutions is essential.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and driven by goals and results.
• Willingness to travel on short notice, potentially for extended periods, and able to fly within EMEA on any day.
• Must be prepared to work extended hours, be on call for dispatch, and handle variable work shifts.
• Should be capable of performing a 2-person lift of a 110kg game onto stands, with a minimum solo lift of 23kg.
• Must obtain gaming licenses in approved jurisdictions such as the Nevada Gaming Control Board and possess a valid passport and driver’s license.
