Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting customers through on-site tasks such as installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair.

• Installs and enhances hardware/software/network products at client locations.

• Identifies and resolves issues related to product performance.

• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing guidance on preventive maintenance and configurations.

• Delivers comprehensive solutions that include peripherals, communications, and applications software.

• Acts as an internal resource for technical concerns and manages product escalations.

• Works collaboratively with internal Agilent teams to offer solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Post-graduate education, certification, and/or relevant license may be necessary.

• Generally, a minimum of 3+ years of pertinent experience is required.

• Familiarity with third-party products may be advantageous.
