Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• You will play a key role in providing assistance to our customers with the on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of Pathology system solutions.

• Our diverse range of products encompasses hardware, software, networking solutions, and operating systems.

• You will install and optimize hardware, software, and network products as well as their configurations at customer locations.

• Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues related to product performance.

• You will conduct maintenance and repair activities.

• To ensure customer satisfaction, you will advise clients on preventive maintenance and configurations that may affect product performance.

• You will proactively address potential equipment concerns to avoid any unplanned disruptions to the customers' operations.

• You will provide fully integrated solutions, which may encompass peripherals, communication systems, operating systems, and application software.

• You will also be responsible for training other field engineers and customers in the solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a customer-facing Field Service Engineer, preferably with a background in Medical Devices, Laboratory equipment, or similar robotic/electromechanical and fluidics systems.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, along with curiosity and a desire to learn, are essential.

• You should demonstrate clear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication.

• A love for travel and visiting customers is important for this role.
