Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive field service operations for our chemical analysis instruments, including LC and GC.

• Installation and operational training of the aforementioned products at customer locations, as well as conducting acceptance testing for established applications.

• Additionally, you will be responsible for validation tasks, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs, and promoting sales of support products across a wide range of activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (minimum of a technical college degree).

• Valid driver's license for ordinary vehicles is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in engineering roles related to LC and GC analytical instruments, or as a user.

• Proficiency in English (comfortable with the language), equivalent to a TOEIC score of 500 or higher.
