
Field Sales Representative II – IP&E

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate closely with designated key accounts within the assigned sales territory, strategizing and nurturing critical relationships to establish a solid foundation for solution selling.
• Foster and advance relationships with customer contacts who may influence design opportunities while addressing existing business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services.
• Work in tandem with team members to drive the overall growth and success of the branch.
• This role necessitates involvement in a sales compensation plan, where a portion of the On-Target Earnings (OTE) will be variable and linked to defined sales-related objectives as outlined by Arrow.
• Comprehensive understanding of the electronic components industry.
• Familiarity with the assigned market/territory, including customers and competition.
• Recent industry experience is essential, particularly in IP&E or interconnect, passive, and electromechanical components.
• Capability to promote and sell the value-added services, supply chain, and complete life cycle programs provided by Arrow.
• Skill in developing strategic plans for all assigned accounts, marketing the complete range of Arrow offerings while leveraging in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers.
• Proven capacity to articulate complex strategies and execute them effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of pricing programs and models within the electronics sector.
• Experience engaging with vendors and customers in technical and engineering contexts.
• Ability to prepare detailed internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps aimed at enhancing sales, demand creation, and customer service, along with the capability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that reveal additional sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems like SalesForce.com and Oracle.
