This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 sales representatives and 1 educator based in Belgium.
• Act as a leader for Belgium within the Benelux Leadership Team.
• Enhance retention and growth of the existing customer base through organized account management and field engagement.
• Oversee business planning for Belgium, including market segmentation, account and territory strategies, and CRM/analytics tracking.
• Manage tender readiness and execution, coordinating responses, cross-functional contributions, submissions, and post-award implementation.
• Maintain the Belgium tender pipeline/tracker and facilitate regular alignment meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams on operational requirements driven by tenders, such as electronic invoicing.
• Advocate for commercial initiatives, including G7 migration and adoption, AID readiness, HCP engagement/switch activity, and brand awareness.
• Ensure adherence to HCC, legal, and corporate policies, including contracting, pricing, reporting, and administration.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams, enhancing performance through objectives, engagement, field presence, and developmental feedback.
• Demonstrated success in sales within the healthcare or MedTech sectors.
• Comfortable working within hospital stakeholder environments and managing longer-cycle accounts.
• Proven ability to manage tenders from start to finish, including workplans, cross-functional coordination, and timely submissions.
• Strong commercial acumen, balancing quality/value with pricing strategies in tender scenarios.
• Analytical and proficient in CRM, capable of utilizing sales analytics, forecasting, identifying gaps, and prioritizing activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Operations, Finance, and IT.
• Proficient in French, Dutch, and English to facilitate customer engagement and internal collaboration as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree is typically required.
• 8–12 years of relevant industry experience.
• 2–5 years of prior management or leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel: 50 to 75%.
