This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Operator Contact: Allocate 70% of your time to making, obtaining, and securing sales. Develop and sustain sales through product presentations and customer engagement on behalf of CORE clients as instructed.
• Cultivate and oversee a Platinum Partner Portfolio, maintaining a minimum of 35 accounts with regular contact every 60 days.
• Conduct at least 12 sales calls each week.
• Present a minimum of 3 clients during each sales call.
• Employ CRM systems for planning and reporting sales activities, achieving targets, strategic planning, and self-management by entering all pertinent information in real-time and adhering to all set deadlines.
• Keep operator profiles current, including Buyer contacts, priorities, market segments, attributes, size, buying group affiliations, distribution channels, and competitive client information.
• Effectively manage administrative time. Prepare and secure necessary sales tools (samples, programs, digital presentations, etc.) essential for a professional sales presentation.
• Support the team as needed and as requested by management, participating in company sales meetings, food shows, vendor fairs, and district sales meetings.
• A demonstrated history of successful sales experience, ideally in a field sales capacity.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the self-assurance to deliver compelling pitches.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales management software for effective management of the sales process.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, exhibiting a supportive and cooperative attitude.
• A results-oriented mindset, driven by a passion for meeting sales objectives and surpassing customer expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring precise record-keeping and data management.
• A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
