Field Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform in-home evaluations and create tailored care plans for patients.

• Track and assess the progress of patients regularly.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding disease management and prevention strategies.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

• Ensure meticulous and accurate documentation is maintained.

• Deliver exceptional care and support to patients within their home environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current and valid RN license in the state of Maryland.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required.

• Experience in home care or community nursing is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
