Field Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform in-home evaluations and create tailored care plans.

• Track and assess patient development.

• Provide education to patients and their families on managing and preventing diseases.

• Work in collaboration with other healthcare providers to guarantee comprehensive treatment.

• Keep precise and detailed records.

• Deliver exceptional care and assistance to patients in their residences.

• Assist in delivering personalized care aimed at maintaining client dignity and independence while alleviating caregiver stress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and valid RN license in Maryland.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Preference for candidates with home care or community nursing experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

• Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
