This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Demand Generation: Create and oversee efficient demand generation systems that guarantee a consistent flow of interest from our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Strategize and implement multi-channel campaigns, including events such as webinars and conferences, to ensure prominent visibility within targeted regions and topics.
• Scoring Optimization: Take ownership of defining and delivering Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Develop and sustain a well-organized lead scoring system within HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring that contacts are directed to the appropriate campaigns and sales representatives at the most opportune times.
• Continuously enhance lead criteria based on feedback from sales and conversion analytics.
• Automated Nurture: Convert our current database into a revenue-generating engine.
• Design, develop, and refine automated, highly segmented nurture sequences that deliver ongoing value.
• Ensure we remain top-of-mind for prospects who are not yet in a buying cycle, positioning our company as the first choice when the opportunity arises.
• Expansion & LTV Maximization: Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to pinpoint expansion opportunities within our existing partner network.
• Implement targeted communications and customer-marketing initiatives that drive upsells, renewals, and enhanced Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Tech Stack: Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong to carry out and evaluate outreach efforts.
• Use Gong to assess prospect sentiment and market objections, leveraging these insights to adjust messaging in real-time.
• Ensure that all data is accurately maintained to provide a unified source of truth for the revenue team.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Regularly assess outreach data and funnel metrics to identify inefficiencies. You will be required to propose and implement course corrections based on data analysis, transitioning from hypothesis to execution swiftly.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or Demand Generation, particularly within a B2B SaaS context.
• Exceptional Copywriting: A demonstrated ability to craft conversion-focused copy that is both human and professional, aligned with a specific brand voice.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience in building workflows and managing data within HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Problem-Solving and Collaborative Mindset: A self-starter who proactively addresses challenges; you have a history of identifying funnel gaps, collaborating effectively, and taking ownership to implement solutions.
• Data Literacy: Comfortable utilizing data to narrate a story and inform decisions; familiarity with Gong (or similar conversation intelligence tools) is highly preferred.
• AI Fluency: Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance research, content ideation, and initial copy drafting.
• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Market Awareness: Insight into the higher education sector, including institutional priorities, purchasing cycles, and decision-maker personas.
