This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and Executive Leaders to create and implement targeted marketing initiatives that enhance pipeline and revenue growth.
• Investigate emerging trends in procurement, AI, and multi-channel campaign management to fortify Arkestro's market presence.
• Assess and identify sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand exposure and strategic effectiveness.
• Work alongside Corporate Marketing to guarantee consistency in messaging, positioning, and execution of campaigns.
• Actively share ideas, insights, and field experiences; provide a strong perspective and contribute best practices throughout the marketing organization.
• Utilize AI and contemporary marketing tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign outcomes.
• Manage the complete execution of events (tradeshows, leadership forums, partner and community gatherings), from planning to post-event analysis.
• Create and maintain comprehensive event briefs detailing objectives, deliverables, and cross-functional responsibilities.
• Lead weekly alignment sessions with internal stakeholders to ensure project execution remains on track.
• Oversee all timelines, deliverables, and logistics related to each event.
• Direct the strategy for event swag, including sourcing and distribution to maintain brand consistency and engagement.
• Provide post-event reports that include performance metrics, financial reconciliation, and insights.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) and external vendors.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with industry organizations and communities to enhance Arkestro's visibility.
• Organize travel logistics, which includes hotel room blocks and attendee registration.
• Oversee and manage budget planning, allocation, and monitoring across various programs and currencies.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and vendor contracts.
• Offer regular updates to marketing leadership regarding program performance, field insights, and overall impact, directly informing future campaign strategies.
• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or program management (preferably within B2B tech).
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale tradeshows and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing and overseeing a budget, including in multi-currency settings.
• Proficient hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (required).
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
