Field Installation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site assessments at client locations to aid in project planning and execution.

• Develop site layouts and installation plans utilizing internal tools.

• Lead and assist installation teams to guarantee that work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

• Execute installations as necessary.

• Act as McCue’s on-site representative, fostering a professional and customer-oriented approach.

• Serve as the main point of contact in the field, ensuring effective communication with clients.

• Identify potential opportunities and relay them to the Sales team.

• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and site requirements.

• Actively reach out to prospective clients, arrange meetings, and contribute to business development efforts during non-project hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in field services, installation, construction, or related roles.

• Experience in customer-facing environments is essential.

• Capability to lead teams and work autonomously.

• Technical proficiency and willingness to learn internal tools.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• OSHA certification is preferred (or a readiness to obtain it).

• Strong leadership and customer service abilities to ensure a high level of service and quality is upheld.

• Product knowledge with a clear technical understanding of services to communicate effectively with clients.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills, with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and creativity.

• Persistence combined with effective communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment, work with minimal supervision, and maintain confidentiality of shared information and assignments.

• Must be able to travel 50-70%, including frequent overnight trips.
