• Valid real estate license.

• Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred).

• Capability to complete assigned field tasks punctually and with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple listings, and thorough documentation practices.

• Proficient technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and adeptness in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

• Reliable transportation for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs.

• Access to a smartphone and computer for task execution, documentation, and communication purposes.
