Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service while developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with clients and their representatives.

• Execute and support problem-solving, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.

• Maintain daily communications with clients to ensure proper resolution and follow-up on their requirements, leading initiatives to boost customer satisfaction.

• Handle administrative responsibilities such as customer service records and internal service logs that comply with company policies and regulations of the country.

• Properly maintain testing tools and equipment, including adherence to their calibration periods.

• Identify sales opportunities to communicate timely to the sales team, assisting in business growth and direction.

• Responsible for managing costs associated with warranties and service contracts.

• Accountable for completing all administrative tasks punctually, such as executing FMI, maintenance, documents, and reports.

• Lead installation projects while adhering to the quality standards established by the company.

• Be aware and ensure compliance with all activities respecting safety and quality standards set forth in the EHS policy, and fulfill the training program for that area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.

• Reside in Buenos Aires.

• Desirable experience of 2 years as a field engineer.

• Intermediate proficiency in the English language.

• Capable of performing tasks in complex and high-pressure environments while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Strong customer relationship skills, maintaining tact and empathy in the face of differing opinions, with the ability to influence rather than direct.

• Availability, willingness, and flexibility to work in shifts and non-standard hours.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• An American visa is desirable but not mandatory.
